Originally the site of the first schoolhouse in Pembroke and a 250 year-old barn, these two structures were joined together 30 years ago. The complex has experienced many changes over the years and the integrity of the structure has intentionally been preserved keeping its rustic authenticity, giving Utopia Place a warm country feel. In 1982 Marie Goldman started Personal Best Ltd as the first truly full-service day spa and salon on the South Shore. If you’ve been a client of ours for a while, we want to thank you. Personal Best welcomes the opportunity to offer services to children. It’s important to us that they learn healthy, good grooming habits at a young age. For our clients whose children are not receiving services, please keep in mind that Personal Best is a place of relaxation and de-stressing and not a place for children who are not under the control of their parents. We consider your visit at Personal Best as your own personal escape from the high energy of unattended children. We hope you will feel the same.

Due to the fact that your appointments are reserved service times, we require a 24 hour notice to cancel an appointment. We will be taking credit card information and for clients who do not cancel an appointment with 24 hours notice, credit cards will be billed for 100% of the service scheduled.
